The Building Industry Consulting Service International, Inc. (BICSI) began in 1974 as an industry association to service the needs of telecommunications consultants (formerly known as building industry consultants - BICs). BICSI is a professional association supporting the information transport systems (ITS) industry with information, education and knowledge assessment for individuals and companies.
